  Having spoke to Lara, they are offering ski holidays mixed with ski school and possibly a summer retreat also. I recommend any crossfitter visiting the area to pack your stuff and pop down to their gym.

  Their WODs are well paced and varied. Both Jose and Lara are great teachers and gave some great tips on stance, movement and progression. Their members were also very accommodating and friendly to workout with. The amount of cheese and meat I ate in the local area that week required extra hard workouts, even after skiing and to spend it with such a friendly bunch was a real pleasure.

  I was on holiday in Vielha skiing and didn't realise that the local area was equipped with a crossfit affiliate. I popped in to enquire and met Lara and her husband Jose, both crossfit trainers and ski instructors! I couldn't have asked for a more warm welcome to their gym and the offer of their timetable and invite to sessions throughout the week.

  While on holidays in the summer I managed to get in some Crossfit workouts at the box. Very enthusiastic coaches and friendy athletes!
